Would Gurdon be a good place for a colony to start? 7th grade students in Ms. Stoll's Social Studies classes set out to find out! They spent a little time surveying the area and studying the surroundings. They had a great time using what they learned about a viable colony. Way to go, Ms. Stoll! 💜

Congrats to Willy Garlin for being selected as a Southwest regional winner in the 5-12 age category as part of the Diamond State Smiles Club contest! He won a bike and a helmet. Keep brushing those teeth! Willy is pictured with Dr. Byrd, Nicole Bailey and Anna Kidder.

Brian Clark presents Bradyn King with the Farm Bureau week 7 MVP ball! Bradyn had 8 tackles, 5 assists, and 2 tackles for loss on defense.
The Gurdon High School Quizbowl Team had a great meeting of the minds as they played in Searcy today.
Thursday’s pep rally brought out some wacky fun! 🤪 A few lucky students won goody bags, and they loved every minute of it! 🎉 Thanks to everyone who joined in the spirit of the day!
