Bus 1 - Roadrunner - Announcement for Wednesday morning- On the morning of Wednesday, 03/09/2022, students who ride bus #1 with Mr. Self will experience a one hour delay in being picked up for school. This will result in them being around 30 minutes late to school and it will not be counted against them. Mr Self has to run two routes that morning due to driver shortage.

Arkansas Children's Hospital is offering the free "Good Mourning Grief Support Group" virtually (by Zoom) for children and teens in K-12th grade who have experienced the death of a family member or friend. This is an excellent program designed to assist children and teens with the grieving process. The group begins on March 28 and lasts for 8 weeks, with a parent orientation session scheduled for March 15. There are also support groups available for adults in the family. Schedule modifications for this week - Gurdon Public Schools will release students at 1:45 on Wednesday for our monthly staff development. Additionally, we will release school on that same schedule (1:45) Thursday so we can allow travel time to Junction City to cheer on the Lady Go-Devil Basketball team in the State Tournament at 4:00. We hope to pack the stands with purple and gold! #BeGreat
