The Gurdon School District is seeking applicants for full-time Registered Nurse . Must be licensed as a registered nurse and must be able to pass a background check. Job duties will include the Roles and Responsibilities of School Nurses (RN) as listed in the ADE School Nurse Guidelines linked below, as well as coordinating services with our Wellness Center Director, supervising nursing staff, and serving as the District COVID-19 Point of Contact. Red Ribbon Week is October 25-29 at GPS. We are celebrating being drug free with some fun dress up days culminating into our Halloween Costumes and Fall Fun Day on October 29th.

CMS Parent and Family Night Tuesday!


The GPSD School Board voted in last night's meeting to move to a Masks Optional status at this time due to our district data. We will immediately reinstate the mandate if any school or district absence rate related to COVID reaches 10% of the student/staff population. Temperature screens will still be done daily. This does NOT exempt anyone from quarantine if positive or a close contact. Wearing masks and vaccinations are still highly recommended and the best mitigation efforts available. Reporting to District POC is still required.
